Ananashead GT73
The GT73 is a handmade pedal based on the 1973 Matamp GT120 preamp with master volume control and solid state components rather than tubes.
It's an updated version of the previous big box GT73 as the JFETs used began to be scarce in their through hole package and were changed by their SMD equivalent.
The original Drive control is fixed on the 'Stage Bright' setting and the Bass-Boost rotary switch has been changed for a potentiometer, this allows to reduce the size of the enclosure. Maintains the same inductor based Presence control like the GT120.
El GT73 es un pedal hecho a mano basado en el esquema del Matamp GT120 de 1973 con un control de volumen Master y componentes de estado sólido en lugar de válvulas.
Es una versión actualizada el anterior GT73 de caja grande ya que los JFETs de agujero pasante usados empezaron a escasear y fueron cambiados por sus equivalentes de superficie.
El control de Drive original está fijo en la posición 'Stage Bright' y el selector rotatorio de Bass-Boost se ha cambiado por un potenciómetro, esto permite reducir el tamaño de la caja. Mantiene el mismo control de Presencia basado en inductor como el GT120.
